Euromobiliare SIM – originally founded in 1991 – is an historical leading player of the Italian equity market. It offers research & trading services exclusively to institutional clients based in Italy, Europe, UK and USA.

Our team of 12 analysts, keeps in close contact with listed companies and those about to go public. It assures coverage and in-depth analysis of companies accounting for over 98% of Italian market capitalisation.

More recently, Euromobiliare SIM has also created a division focused on coverage and trading of foreign stocks, which is followed by a new team of analysts. A sales-trader team enables clients to operate in 9 European markets and in the US market.

Euromobiliare SIM also has an ECM team dedicated to primary market operations and corporate consulting, with special reference to extraordinary finance operations concerning the equity market.

In December 2007 Credito Emiliano, by means of an MBO operation, sold Euromobiliare SIM to a holding company 50.001% owned by the US private equity fund JC Flowers, 9.999% owned by Mid Industry Capital (a company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange), and 40% owned by Euromobiliare SIM management.
